With family members who have many of the most common allergies, I have been baking gluten- & nut-friendly & dairy- & egg-free for nearly 20 years. I do have allergen products in my home & cannot guarantee cross contact, but am happy to speak with you about the training I have had & precautions I take so you can make an informed decision.
