I have always had a creative side, but truly discovered my love for baking and the joys of being in the kitchen during COVID.  having followed other bakers and decorators I admire online, I began experimenting with recipes and practicing decorating for friends and family.  giving and receiving sweet, beautiful treats was a away for me to express my love and friendship to those I care about.  as time went on, I knew this was more than a side passion, and that I could add to the sweetness and beauty of life on a broader scale.

we specialize in cupcakes - vanilla, chocolate and confetti flavors with vanilla or chocolate icing but do offer cupcake alternatives such as pull apart cupcakes with speciality flavors or items monthly

members of my family live with allergies (nut, tree nut, gluten, egg & dairy) and I have been baking for them with these allergies in mind for nearly 20 years.  I am also up to date on my allergen and other food handling safety trainings.  this said, my home bakery does have allergens in it, so I cannot guarantee cross contact.  I urge you to contact me, inform me of you/your party's allergen needs and I will share my approach to food prep and storage, specific ingredients and the precautions I take so you can make an informed decision

kbcupcakes can deliver within scituate free of charge or to the following surrounding towns for a small fee: cohasset, hingham, marshfield, duxbury & norwell.  we also offer pick-up.

parties can be arranged for up to 12 guests.  we can accommodate child or adult-level cupcake decorators and offer a variety of decor options.  each guest will receive use of an apron, mixing bowls, piping tools and icing along with 2 cupcakes to decorate and bring home in a beautiful box (no judgment if one or both are eaten onsite!).  we also offer an adult add on package which includes charcuterie cups and mini cupcakes for each adult attendee.  *alcoholic beverages are not provided by kbcupcakes.
